Job Scope

In this context, the consultant is expert in Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) and is responsible for the mission management of a portfolio of clients from initial audit to billing, in line with company’s methodology. The consultant is in charge of:

• Identifying, analyzing and valuing the technical projects and eligible expenses to the PIC Scheme;
• Writing supporting documentation including technical reports related to eligible expenses to the PIC Scheme;
• Establishing sustainable relationships with the clients and providing relevant recommendations for the optimization of their PIC Scheme;
• Enhancing existing mission tools (deliverables processes, monitoring indicators, etc.);
• Mastering the PIC regulations and all related provisions;
• Managing the billing and cashing of invoices related to his/her missions;
• Contribute to the business development of GAC Group in Singapore (presales, marketing, etc.);
• Weekly and Monthly reporting.

The consultant is involved in additional activities occasionally (strategy, new offer development, etc.) as an expert.

Job requirements

• Candidate must have a master degree or a Ph.D. in engineering or sciences
• Accounting, ICT and R&D Tax credit knowledge would be an asset
• At least 2 years of experience in technical project management
• Excellent organizational skills with proven success in managing multiple projects efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills for sustainable interactions with Managing Director and CFO
• Pro-active, self-motivated and results driven person with good analytical skills
• Fully fluent in written and spoken in English, an additional language would be an advantage (Mandarin, French, German)

Remuneration

Attractive package commensurate with experience (fixed monthly salary and variable bonus)

Main responsibilities

• Qualify and be responsible for cold calling the prospects who wish to secure the Productivity and Innovation Credit in Singapore
• Be responsible for the whole sales cycle from the identification of the prospects to the closing of the PIC sale
• Manage and ensure the right level of follow-up with the Key Accounts
• Promote the company’s brand and expertise through networking and business events (conferences, exhibitions…)
• Regularly analyse the company’s competitive environment and the sales results and take the appropriate measures in order to secure and increase the market share
• Take part in the development of new offers then be responsible for the whole sales cycle from the identification of the prospects to the closing of the sale
• Update of the CRM with leads and opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B-to-B sales experience in a similar role
• A strong appetite for New Business Development
• A very good business acumen and talent in the client approach
• Knowledge in Productivity and Innovation Credit and other public funding in Singapore
• Knowledge in Accounting and Finance
• Ability to work in a multi-sectorialclients environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and pro-active person with a high level of initiative
• Fluent English, Mandarin would be a strong advantage

Reporting line: Business Development Manager

Geographic coverage: Singapore only as a start

Location, Remuneration and Application

This full-time position is available immediately and is based in Singapore.
You will get an attractive package including a fixed monthly salary and a variable bonus.
