A Singapore-based SME with less than 50 employees has hired GAC to analyze potential opportunities to qualify and consolidate complementary claims in public subsidies.

As a young SME with high growth and limited resources, the management did not have the required time, and knowledge, to be fully involved in this assessment process, and therefore enquired the help of GAC.

As part of the mission, GAC performed a complete diagnostic and led the preparation of all justifying files. In respect of the company’s management agenda, GAC consultants maintained a constant progress update to management and, when required, managed certain tasks on-site.
